摘  要:青贮饲料作为一种重要的牧草饲料,在畜牧业中被广泛使用。在青贮过程中,由于需要促进乳酸菌的发酵、抑制有害微生物的繁殖等原因,需要添加不同类型的青贮添加剂。新鲜饲料在青贮时使用添加剂能够提高发酵品质,减少营养成分的流失,改善营养品质,延长青贮饲料的保存时间。文章总结了国内外各类青贮添加剂相关研究,包括发酵抑制剂、发酵促进剂、营养性添加剂、其他类型添加剂及其作用机制与使用效果,并对青贮饲料添加剂发展的方向进行了探讨,强调了新型生物制剂研发和多种添加剂复合使用的未来发展趋势,进一步改善青贮饲料的发酵品质与营养品质,为未来青贮饲料添加剂的研究提供参考。Silage is widely used in animal husbandry as an important forage feed.In the process of making silage,different types of silage additives need to be added due to the need to promote the fermentation of lactic acid bacteria and inhibit the reproduction of harmful microorganisms.The use of additives in the silage process of fresh raw feed can improve fermentation quality,reduce the loss of nutrients,improve nutritional quality and extend the storage time of silage.In this paper,summarizing the relevant research of various silage additives at home and abroad,fermentation inhibitors,fermentation promoters,nutritional additives,other types of additives and their mechanisms of action and use effects were studied,and the development direction of silage additives was discussed,and the future development trend of the research and development of new biologics and the combined use of multiple additives was emphasized,improve the fermentation quality and nutritional quality of silage,and provide a reference for future research on silage additives.
