摘　　要：立足新时代新征程,做好碳达峰、碳中和工作对推进人与自然和谐共生的现代化、实现中华民族永续发展至关重要。在加快落实“双碳”行动背景下,绿色生态循环畜牧业发展作为助力实现“双碳”目标的务实之举,既是加快推进乡村生态振兴进程的有力举措,也是大力促进农业现代化发展的现实选择。面向“双碳”目标,绿色生态循环畜牧业发展的关键在于从政策、市场、主体维度出发,强化高位统筹,加强品牌建设,深化协同合作,从而推动经济效益与生态效益的有机统一。为如期实现“双碳”目标,各地区在促进绿色生态循环畜牧业发展过程中,应大力发展数字化养殖,加速推进低碳减排;强化科技创新应用,加快新旧动能转换;探索种养结合模式,促进农牧有机互补。Based on the new era and new journey,it is crucial to do a good job in carbon peak and carbon neutrality to promote modernization of harmonious coexistence between humans and nature and achieve sustainable development of the Chinese nation.In the context of accelerating the implementation of the 'double carbon' action,the development of green ecological circular livestock husbandry is not only a practical move to promote the achievement of the 'double carbon'goals,a powerful measure to accelerate the process of rural ecological revitalization,but also a realistic choice to vigorously promote the development of agricultural modernization.Facing the 'double carbon' goal,the key to promoting the development of green ecological circular livestock husbandry is to start from the policy,market and main body dimensions,strengthen high-level overall planning,strengthen brand building,and deepen collaborative cooperation,so as to promote the organic unity of economic and ecological benefits.In promoting the development of green ecological circular livestock husbandry,various regions should vigorously develop digital breeding and accelerate the promotion of low-carbon emission reduction,strengthen the application of technological innovation and accelerate the transformation of old and new driving forces,explore the model combination of planting and breeding to promote organic complementarity between agriculture and livestock husbandry,in order to achieve the 'double carbon' goal as scheduled.
