种植固定修复治疗无牙颌的临床效果研讨

摘　　要：目的研讨无牙颌种植固定修复临床治疗效果。方法选取20例无牙颌患者,采取随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组,每组10例。对照组患者采取传统全口活动义齿修复治疗,观察组患者则实施无牙颌种植固定修复治疗。对比两组患者口腔舒适度评分、修复美观度评分、治疗效果及治疗前后生活质量评分、临床相关症状评分。结果观察组患者口腔舒适度、修复美观度评分分别为(9.36±0.64)、(9.25±0.65)分,高于对照组的(8.45±0.52)、(8.25±0.43)分,两者数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者牙龈指数评分(0.62±0.23)分、出血指数评分(0.34±0.16)分均低于对照组的(1.24±0.42)、(1.15±0.34)分,咀嚼功能评分(9.42±0.47)分高于对照组的(8.87±0.35)分,两者数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗总有效率达到100.00%,高于对照组的60.00%,两者数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,与对照组对比,观察组患者生活质量各指标评分均较高,两者数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对无牙颌患者及时开展种植固定修复治疗,可进一步提高患者口腔舒适度及牙齿美观度,减少口腔修复对发音功能造成的影响,更好地恢复患者咀嚼功能,帮助患者改善生活质量。Objective To discuss the clinical therapeutic effects of implant-supported prostheses in edentulous jaws.Methods 20 patients with edentulous jaw were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 10 cases in each group.The control group received traditional full-mouth removable denture restoration,while the observation group received implant-supported prostheses.The oral comfort score,restoration aesthetic score,treatment effect,quality of life score and clinically relevant symptom score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The oral comfort score and restoration aesthetic score of the observation group were(9.36±0.64)and(9.25±0.65)points,which were higher than(8.45±0.52)and(8.25±0.43)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the gingival index and bleeding index scores in the observation group were(0.62±0.23)and(0.34±0.16)points,which were lower than(1.24±0.42)and(1.15±0.34)points in the control group;the observation group had higher masticatory function score of(9.42±0.47)points than(8.87±0.35)points in the control group;the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 100.00%,which was higher than 60.00% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of all indexes of quality of life in the observation group were higher compared with the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Timely implantation of implant-supported prostheses for patients with edentulous jaws can further improve the oral comfort and dental aesthetics of patients,reduce the impact of oral restoration on pronunciation function,better restore patients'chewing function,and help patients improve their quality of life.
