清幽安胃汤联合四联疗法对Hp感染胃溃疡的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析清幽安胃汤联合四联疗法对幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法将80例Hp感染胃溃疡患者随机分为对照组(采用四联疗法进行治疗)和观察组(采用四联疗法+清幽安胃汤治疗),每组40例。对比两组临床疗效以及治疗前后超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、一氧化氮(NO)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、中医证候积分。结果与对照组的87.50%对比,观察组的治疗总有效率100.00%更高(P<0.05)。治疗1个月后,与对照组的(102.63±4.63)nU/ml、(28.51±5.78)μmol/L、(47.29±3.76)pg/ml对比,观察组SOD(112.62±4.53)nU/ml、NO(34.25±5.92)μmol/L更高,TNF-α(38.25±3.91)pg/ml更低(P<0.05)。治疗后,与对照组的(2.29±0.21)、(2.13±0.24)、(2.63±0.26)、(2.01±0.54)分对比,观察组的胃脘胀气积分(1.34±0.18)分、纳呆积分(0.52±0.33)分、疲倦乏力积分(1.21±0.36)分、胃痛固定积分(1.35±0.51)分更低(P<0.05)。结论清幽安胃汤联合四联疗法对Hp感染胃溃疡患者治疗的综合效果更佳,建议该联合治疗方式在临床推广使用。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Qingyou Anwei decoction combined with quadruple therapy for Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infected gastric ulcer.Methods 80 patients with Hp infected gastric ulcer were randomly divided into a control group(treated with quadruple therapy)and an observation group(treated with quadruple therapy+Qingyou Anwei decoction),each with 40 patients.The clinical efficacy,superoxide dismutase(SOD),nitric oxide(NO),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with 87.50%of the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher at 100.00%(P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the observation group had higher levels of SOD(112.62±4.53)nU/ml and NO(34.25±5.92)μmol/L,and lower levels of TNF-α(38.25±3.91)pg/ml compared with(102.63±4.63)nU/ml,(28.51±5.78)μmol/L,(47.29±3.76)pg/ml in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had lower epigastric distension score(1.34±0.18)points,anorexia score(0.52±0.33)points,fatigue score(1.21±0.36)points and gastroparesis fixation score(1.35±0.51)points compared with(2.29±0.21),(2.13±0.24),(2.63±0.26)and(2.01±0.54)points in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Qingyou Anwei decoction and quadruple therapy has a better comprehensive effect on the treatment of Hp infected gastric ulcer patients.It is recommended to promote the use of this combination therapy in clinical practice.
