芪胶升白胶囊联合化疗对恶性肿瘤化疗后白细胞减少患者的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨芪胶升白胶囊联合化疗对恶性肿瘤化疗后白细胞减少患者的治疗效果。方法将84例恶性肿瘤化疗后白细胞减少患者按照随机原则分为参照组和研究组,各42例。参照组采取单一化疗方案进行治疗,研究组在参照组基础上联合芪胶升白胶囊治疗。对比两组治疗效果及治疗前后血常规指标[血红蛋白(Hb)、白细胞计数(WBC)、血小板计数(PLT)]、炎症因子[超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]水平、卡氏功能状态(KPS)评分。结果研究组治疗后Hb(103.87±12.21)g/L、WBC(5.78±0.70)×10^(9)/L、PLT(81.68±9.78)×10^(9)/L均比参照组的(91.48±10.71)g/L、(4.64±0.55)×10^(9)/L、(73.97±8.93)×10^(9)/L明显更高(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后hs-CRP(8.77±1.72)mg/L、IL-6(82.54±9.51)ng/L、TNF-α(61.47±6.88)ng/L均比参照组的(11.59±2.06)mg/L、(94.61±11.73)ng/L、(69.30±7.52)ng/L明显更低(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率95.24%比参照组的80.95%高(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后KPS评分(83.67±9.33)分比参照组的(74.75±8.24)分高(P<0.05)。结论化疗联合芪胶升白胶囊可有效提高恶性肿瘤化疗后白细胞减少患者的治疗效果和生活质量,改善WBC、Hb、PLT水平,降低炎症反应,具有良好的应用价值。Objective To explore the effect of Qijiao Shengbai capsule combined with chemotherapy on malignant tumor patients with leukopenia.Methods 84 cases of malignant tumor patients with leukopenia were randomly divided into reference group and study group,with 42 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with single chemotherapy regimen,and the study group was treated with Qigai Shengbai capsule on the basis of the reference group.Both groups were compared in terms of therapeutic effect,levels of blood routine indexes[hemoglobin(Hb),white blood cell count(WBC),platelet count(PLT)],inflammatory factors[hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)],and Karnofsky performance scale(KPS)score before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the study group had Hb of(103.87±12.21)g/L,WBC of(5.78±0.70)×10^(9)/L and PLT of(81.68±9.78)×10^(9)/L,which were significantly higher than(91.48±10.71)g/L,(4.64±0.55)×10^(9)/L and(73.97±8.93)×10^(9)/L in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the study group had hs-CRP of(8.77±1.72)mg/L,IL-6 of(82.54±9.51)ng/L and TNF-α of(61.47±6.88)ng/L,which were significantly lower than(11.59±2.06)mg/L,(94.61±11.73)ng/L and(69.30±7.52)ng/L in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of 95.24% in the study group was higher than 80.95% in the reference group(P<0.05).The study group had higher KPS score of(83.67±9.33)points than(74.75±8.24)points in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Chemotherapy combined with Qijiao Shengbai capsule can effectively improve the treatment effect and quality of life of malignant tumor patients with leukopenia,improve levels of WBC,Hb,PLT,and reduce inflammatory response,and have good application value.
