摘 要:当前对缺氧与肝癌的相关性研究取得了一些新的认识与进展,近年在应用缺氧诱导因子抑制剂和抗癌药物联用治疗肝癌取得了可喜的疗效,降低了肝癌的进展和转移,延长了患者的生存期限.肝脏损伤会破坏肝脏血管系统,扰乱正常的血液流动和氧气供应,造成缺氧微环境.缺氧时肝细胞沉积于胶原蛋白,导致纤维化和肝硬化,从而进一步加剧缺氧.研究结果表明缺氧、线粒体异常、氧化应激、肝脏炎症和肝癌密切相关.本文就慢性缺氧、缺氧诱导因子与肝癌的研究进展和最新治疗进行综述.At present,progress has been made in the understanding of the correlation between hypoxia and liver cancer.In recent years,the combination of hypoxia-inducible factor inhibitors and anticancer drugs in the treatment of liver cancer has achieved gratifying effects,reducing the progression and metastasis of liver cancer,and extending the survival period of patients.Liver damage can destroy the liver’s vascular system,disrupting normal blood flow and oxygen supply,and creating an anoxic microenvironment.During hypoxia,liver cells deposit collagen,leading to fibrosis and cirrhosis,which further aggravate hypoxia.Studies have shown that hypoxia,mitochondrial abnormalities,oxidative stress,and liver inflammation are closely related to liver cancer.This article reviews the progress in the understanding of relationship of chronic hypoxia and hypoxia-inducing factors with liver cancer.
