摘　　要：手足综合征(hand-foot syndrome,HFS)/手足皮肤反应(hand-foot skin reactions,HFSR)是肿瘤治疗尤其是消化系统肿瘤抗癌治疗最常见的皮肤毒性反应,对患者的抗肿瘤治疗、生活质量及身心健康造成了极大的影响.研究提示出现HFS/HFSR的患者往往是抗肿瘤治疗生存获益的优势人群,目前发病机制尚不明确,临床也缺乏有效干预措施.本文结合相关研究,从其临床特征、发病率、发病机制、风险因素、干预措施及与抗肿瘤疗效之间的关系几个方面作一综述,以期为进一步研究提供参考.Hand-foot syndrome(HFS)/hand-foot skin reactions(HFSR)is the most common toxic skin reaction in tumor treatment,especially in anti-cancer treatment of malignant digestive system tumors,having a great impact on patients’anti-tumor therapy,quality of life,and physical and mental health.It has been found that patients with HFS/HFSR are often the dominant population who obtain survival benefit from anti-tumor treatment.At present,the pathogenesis of HFSR is not clear and there is no effective intervention measures available in the clinic.In this paper,we review the clinical characteristics,incidence,pathogenesis,risk factors,and intervention measures for HFSR,as well as its relationship with anti-tumor efficacy,in order to provide reference for further research.
