摘　　要：通过对体育教师领导行为与中学生运动自信和锻炼行为的关联度进行分析,探讨影响因素,从体育教师的教学与训练行为、社会支持行为、管理行为、赏识行为、沟通行为方面提出提升中学生运动自信和锻炼行为的策略,为提高体育教育教学效果提供参考。Through the analysis of the correlation between PE Teachers'leadership behavior and middle school students'Sports selfconfidence and exercise behavior,this paper discusses the influencing factors,and puts forward strategies to improve middle school stu⁃dents'Sports self-confidence and exercise behavior from the aspects of PE Teachers'teaching and training behavior,social support behav⁃ior,management behavior,appreciation behavior and communication behavior,so as to provide reference for improving the teaching effect of physical education.
