摘 要:目的研究多烯磷脂酰胆碱联合双歧杆菌四联活菌对酒精性肝病大鼠模型的疗效。方法将36只雄性SD大鼠采用随机数字法分为四组,分别为空白对照组、自然恢复组、护肝组、护肝联合益生菌组,每组9只。除空白对照组外,采用56°白酒灌胃的方法进行造模,于8周后随机取部分样本验证模型,之后的4周分别给予戒酒自然恢复、多烯磷脂酰胆碱、多烯磷脂酰胆碱联用双歧杆菌四联活菌三种干预措施,检测干预后大鼠的肝功能指标;称重大鼠重量,摘取大鼠新鲜肝脏组织,计算肝体比;进行病理观察评估肝脏损伤程度。结果模型组大鼠肝功能指标丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)较空白对照组明显上升,其中AST升高较ALT明显,AST/ALT>2且数值较大,肝体比升高,肝脏病理提示肝脏局部脂肪变性,有炎症细胞浸润;相较于自然恢复组,护肝联合益生菌组的血清ALT、AST值均有明显下降;相较于护肝组,护肝联合益生菌组的血清ALT值下降不明显,但AST值下降较明显。病理变化:相较于自然恢复组,护肝组肝脏细胞脂肪变性的数目减少,中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞等炎症细胞浸润范围减小;相较于护肝组,护肝联合益生菌组几乎无肝细胞坏死,未见明显的炎症细胞浸润。结论治疗酒精性肝病,相对于单纯戒酒、单纯使用多烯磷脂酰胆碱,双歧杆菌四联活菌联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗效果更佳。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of the combination of polyene phosphatidylcholine and bifidobacterium quadruple live bacteria on alcoholic liver disease(ALD)rat model.Methods The 36 male SD rats were randomly divided into four groups using the random number method:the blank control group,the natural recovery group,the hepatoprotective group,and the hepatoprotective combined with probiotics group,with 9 rats in each group.Except for the blank control group,the other groups were modeled by gavage of 56°white liquor.After 8 weeks,some samples were randomly taken to verify the model.During the subsequently 4 weeks,three intervention measures were given:alcohol abstinence with natural recovery,polyene phosphatidylcholine,and polyene phosphatidylcholine combined with bifidobacterium quadruple live bacteria.Detect the liver function indicators of rats after the intervention.The rats were weighed,the fresh liver tissues were removed and the liver-to-body weight ratio was calculated.The degree of liver injury was evaluated through pathological observation.Results The liver function indicators alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)of the model group were significantly higher than those of the blank control group,with AST increasing more significantly than ALT,and AST/ALT>2 with a higher value.The liver-to-body weight ratio increased,and pathology indicated local hepatic steatosis with infiltration of inflammatory cells.Compared with the natural recovery group,the serum ALT and AST levels of the hepatoprotective combined with probiotics group decreased significantly.Compared with the hepatoprotective group,the serum ALT level of the hepatoprotective combined with probiotics group decreased not significantly,but the AST level decreased significantly.Pathological changes:Compared with the natural recovery group,the number of hepatocytes steatosis decreased,and the infiltration range of inflammatory cells such as neutrophils and lymphocytes decreased.Compared with the hepatoprotectiv
