董氏奇穴针刺和刺血治疗中风后失语的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 观察董氏奇穴针刺和刺血治疗中风后失语的疗效。方法 将60例中风后失语患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,分别给予董氏奇穴针刺联合刺血治疗和传统经穴针刺治疗,在2个疗程治疗前后对病例进行语言能力评分和评级。结果 治疗结束后,治疗组经中国康复研究中心汉语标准失语症检查表(CRRCAE)的听、复述、说等项目评分较对照组明显提高(P <0.05),且治疗组经波士顿诊断性失语症检查(BDAE)评价总有效率较对照组明显提高(P <0.05)。结论 董氏奇穴针刺和刺血疗法能改善中风后失语患者部分听说语言能力,疗效优于传统针刺治疗。Objective:To observe the efficacy of acupuncture at Dong's extraordinary acupoints combined with bloodletting therapy in treating post-stroke aphasia.Methods:60 cases of post-stroke aphasia were randomly di-vided into a treatment group and a control group.The treatment group received acupuncture at Dong's extraordi-nary acupoints combined with bloodletting therapy,while the control group received traditional acupuncture treat-ment.Language ability scores and ratings were assessed before and after two courses of treatment.Results:After the treatment,the treatment group showed significantly higher scores in listening,repetition,and speaking items on the Chinese Rehabilitation Research Center Standard Aphasia Examination(CRRCAE)compared with the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,the overall efectiveness rate evaluated by the Boston Diagnostic Aphasia Examina-tion(BDAE)was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture at Dong's extraordinary acupoints combined with bloodletting therapy can improve some aspects of auditory and expressive language abilities in patients with post-stroke aphasia,which has better efficacy than tradi-tional acupuncture treatment.
