摘　　要：钇-90微球选择性内放射治疗(Yttrium-90 microsphere selective internal radiation therapy,^(90)Y-SIRT)已被广泛应用于肝脏恶性肿瘤的治疗,其疗效和安全性已得到充分验证。^(90)Y-SIRT作为重要的局部治疗手段,已被国内外多个肿瘤诊疗中心用于治疗转移性肝癌,并展现出显著的治疗潜力。本文综述了^(90)Y微球的基本原理、发展历程、适应证和禁忌证,以及其在不同类型转移性肝癌中的应用,以期为进一步研究和优化治疗策略提供参考。Yttrium-90 microsphere selective internal radiation therapy(^(90)Y-SIRT)has been widely used in the treatment of malignant liver cancers,and its safety and efficacy have been fully validated.As an important local therapeutic method,^(90)Y-SIRT has been utilized for the treatment of multiple metastatic liver cancers in many cancer diagnosis and treatment centers at home and abroad,demonstrating significant therapeutic potential.This article reviews the basic principle,development history,indications and contraindications of^(90)Y microsphere,as well as the specific applications in treatment of different types of metastatic liver cancers,aiming to provide references for further research and optimization of treatment strategies.
