摘  要:突触可塑性是神经元突触形态、结构发生特异性改变的现象,是学习和记忆的生理基础,也是神经科学领域的研究热点。针灸可以通过多种途径改善突触可塑性,是针灸防治疾病作用机制研究的重要内容,随着相关研究不断积累和丰富,针灸促进突触可塑性机制研究系统性不断完善。本研究全面梳理了近年来针灸改善突触可塑性效应与机制的文献,从突触形态结构、可塑性相关蛋白表达、突触功能可塑性及其作用机制等方面进行探讨,为进一步开展针灸改善突触可塑性效应机制研究提供依据。Synaptic plasticity is the phenomenon of specific changes in neuronal synaptic morphology and structure,which is the physiological basis of learning and memory,and is also a hot research topic in the field of neuroscience.Acupuncture can improve synaptic plasticity through a variety of pathways,which is an important part of the research on the action mechanism of acupuncture to prevent and treat diseases.With the accumulation and enrichment of relevant research evidence,the systematic nature of the mechanism of acupuncture in promoting synaptic plasticity has been continuously improved.This study comprehensively reviewed the researches on the effect and mechanism of acupuncture on synaptic plasticity in recent years,and summarized the synaptic morphology and structure,plasticity-related protein expression,synaptic functional plasticity and the action mechanism of acupuncture in order to provide a reference for further researches on the effect of acupuncture on synaptic plasticity.
