摘　　要：全面推进健康中国战略背景下,中医护理事业高质量发展迎来了新机遇,中医护理特有的作用与价值愈发凸显。如何培养高素质中医护理人才,对于中医护理事业发展意义重大。本研究针对卓越中医护理人才培养的社会需求,以河南中医大学作为试点单位,通过整合优质资源、搭建共享平台、实施闭环管理等措施,探索中医护理研究生教育创新基地建设新模式与新思路,并取得了阶段性成果。本次实践在高质量完成护理学研究生教育创新基地建设任务的同时,也为培养传承与创新相结合的中医护理人才提供了有力保障。Against the backdrop of comprehensively promoting the Healthy China strategy,the high-quality development of Chinese medicine nursing has ushered in new opportunities,and the unique role and value of Chinese medicine nursing have become increasingly prominent.How to cultivate high-quality Chinese medicine nursing talents is of great significance for the development of Chinese medicine nursing industry.This study aims to meet the social demand for cultivating outstanding talents in Chinese medicine nursing,with Henan University of Chinese Medicine as a pilot unit.Through measures such as integrating high-quality resources,building a shared platform,and implementing closed-loop management,it explores new models and ideas for the construction of innovative bases for graduate education in Chinese medicine nursing,and has achieved phased results.This practice not only completed the construction task of the nursing graduate education innovation base with high quality,but also provided strong support for cultivating Chinese medicine nursing talents that combine inheritance and innovation.
