摘 要:目的探讨线上线下混合式“激越四段式”教学法(FST)在生理学教学中的应用效果。方法选取“基底核对运动功能调控”作为教学内容,对162名2022级医学本科生进行混合式FST教学,并与传统教学法进行对比。结果FST教学班最后阶段的小测成绩和高分段(80~100分)人数比例均显著优于传统教学班(P<0.05)。教学评价分析结果表明,FST可以提升学生的自学、思辨、沟通协调和语言表达能力,利于启发其学习思维、激发学习热情。结论线上线下混合式FST教学法的教学效果优于传统教学,可能为解决课时难以满足需求的重难点的授课问题提供新思路,助力人才培养的创新。Objective This study aims to explore the effectiveness of the online and offline blended“four-step teaching of encouraging and sharing”(FST)in physiologically teaching.Methods“Basal Ganglia in the Regulation of Motor Functions”was selected as the teaching content.A total of 162 undergraduate medical students from the 2022 cohort underwent blended FST teaching,with a comparative analysis against traditional teaching methods.Results The FST group demonstrated significantly higher scores in the final step quiz and a greater proportion of high scores(80~100)compared to the traditional group(P<0.05).Analysis of teaching evaluations indicated that FST enhances self-regulated learning,critical thinking,communication,and language expression abilities.Moreover,it stimulates learning thinking and fosters enthusiasm for learning.Conclusion The online and offline blended FST effectively addresses the challenges of teaching physiologically challenging knowledge points within limited class durations.The teaching outcomes surpass traditional methods,offering innovative approaches to talent development.
