摘　　要：运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,探讨中华体育精神融入高校思想政治教育的交融共通点、独特作用和实践路径。交融共通点:契合思想政治教育的核心价值,强化思想政治教育的育人功能,融入思想政治教育是必然趋势。独特作用:身心并重,奠定全面发展基础;逆境磨砺,强化个人意志品质;团队合作,促进社交技能提升;文化传承,激发民族自豪感。实践路径:课程体系的重构与优化,以中华体育精神引领思政教育新范式;逆境教育的强化与实施,利用体育赛事平台磨炼意志品质;团队协作与领导力培育,凸显体育社团的社会化教育功能;体育文化的传承与创新,发挥中华体育精神独特育人价值。By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper explored the common points,unique functions and practical paths of the integration of Chinese sports spirit into ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Common points:It conforms to the core value of ideological and political education;strengthens the educational function of ideological and political education and is an inevitable trend to integrate into ideological and political education.Unique functions:It attaches equal importance to body and mind to lay the foundation for allround development;emphasizes adversity to sharpen to strengthen the quality of individual will;advocates teamwork to promote the improvement of social skills and values cultural inheritance to inspire feelings of national pride.Practice path:We should reconstruct and optimize the curriculum system to lead the new paradigm of ideological and political education with the Chinese sports spirit;strengthen and implement the education of adversity to use the platform of sports events to exercise the quality of will;cultivate teamwork and leadership to highlight the social education function of sports associations and inherit and innovate sports culture to give play to the unique educational value of Chinese sports spirit.
