新质生产力视域下农村成人教育发展的路径研究

摘　　要：加快发展新质生产力是赋能乡村全面振兴的重要动力。农村成人教育不仅是提高国民教育的重要手段,更是实现乡村振兴的重要抓手,对于促进农村新质生产力和农村经济的高质量发展、建设现代化农业均具有极其重要的意义。从农村成人教育发展现状出发,系统分析存在的问题及原因,并结合当前农村实际,以及新质生产力的发展要求,提出了针对性对策,为更好地发展农村成人教育和促进农村新质生产力发展提供借鉴。Accelerating the development of new quality productive forces is an important driving force to empower the all-round revitalization of rural areas.Rural adult education is not only an important means to improve national education,but also an important starting point to realize rural revitalization,which is of great significance to promote the new quality productive forces in rural areas,the high-quality development of rural economy,and the construction of modern agriculture.Based on the current situation of the development of rural adult education,this paper systematically analyzes the existing problems and reasons,and puts forward targeted countermeasures according to the current rural reality and the development requirements of new quality productive forces,to provide reference for better developing rural adult education and promoting the development of rural new quality productive forces.
