摘  要:新时代对大学教师教学发展提出了挑战。为适应新时代,大学教师教学发展支持体系的构建需重点关注大学教学状况、大学教师教学发展状况、支持内容的专业化、支持模式的技术化、相关组织的联动性等要素,着力建立大学教学和教师教学发展的动态评估机制、建设专业化的大学教师教学发展促进者和项目资源、推动数字技术多维应用于支持大学教师教学发展、构建大学教师教学发展相关组织的协同联动工作机制。In the new era,the development of university teachers’teaching faces challenges.In order to adapt to the new era,the construction of the future teaching development support system for university teachers needs to focus on the situation of university teaching,the situation of university teachers’teaching development,the specialization of support content,the technologization of support models,and the linkage of relevant organizations.Efforts should be made to establish a dynamic evaluation mechanism for university teaching and the development of university teachers,to build professional promoters and project resources for the development of university teachers’teaching,to promote the multi-dimensional application of digital technology to support the teaching development of university teachers,and to build a collaborative working mechanism for the development of relevant organizations for university teachers’teaching.
