摘　　要：本文探讨了纺织行业绿色债券融资的模式及其对企业财务的影响。随着全球环保要求的提高,绿色债券作为一种新兴的融资工具,正逐渐被纺织企业所采用。本文通过文献分析,系统梳理了纺织行业绿色债券的直接融资、间接融资及创新融资模式,分析了这些模式在资金成本、财务结构和企业盈利能力等方面的影响。研究发现,尽管纺织企业在绿色债券融资过程中面临政策法规、市场接受度和内部管理等方面的挑战,但通过加强政策学习、提高信息披露透明度以及优化企业内部管理结构,可以有效应对这些挑战,推动企业实现绿色转型和可持续发展。The paper explores the financing models of green bonds in the textile industry and their impact on corporate finance.With the increasing global environmental requirements,green bonds,as an emerging financing tool,are gradually being adopted by textile companies.The article systematically reviews the direct financing,indirect financing,and innovative financing models of green bonds in the textile industry through literature analysis and analyzes the impact of these models on capital costs,financial structures,and corporate profitability.Research has found that although textile enterprises face challenges in policy and regulation,market acceptance,and internal management during green bond financing,strengthening policy learning,improving information disclosure transparency,and optimizing internal management structures can effectively address these challenges and promote green transformation and sustainable development of enterprises.
