摘 要:目的探讨护士关怀行为和管理关怀感知的现状,并分析二者的相关性。方法采用一般资料调查表、关怀行为量表、管理关怀性评估量表对442名临床护士进行问卷调查。结果护士关怀行为总分为(131.79±15.41)分,管理关怀感知总分为(125.55±21.29)分。多元线性回归分析结果显示,工作片区及管理关怀感知是护士关怀行为的主要影响因素(P<0.05),共同解释护士关怀行为总变异的22.2%。结论护士关怀行为和管理关怀感知均处于较高水平,关怀行为受到工作片区和护士管理关怀感知的影响。护理管理者应根据不同片区护士的需求,采取有针对性的管理关怀措施,营造良好的人文关怀氛围,以进一步提升护士的关怀行为水平。Objective To investigate the current status of nurses'caring behaviors and perceived management care,and to analyze the correlation between them.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted with a total of 442 clinical nurses by using general date questionnaire,Caring Behavior Inventory(CBI)and Caring Assessment Tool-administration(CAT-admin).Results The total score of CBI was(131.79±15.41)and the total score of CAT-admin was(125.55±21.29).The multiple linear regression analysis showed that work area and nurses'perception of managerial caring were the main influencing factors of nurses'caring behaviors(P<0.05),together explaining accounted 22.2%of the total variance in caring behaviors.Conclusion The nursing care behavior and management care perception are both at a high level,and nurses'caring behaviors is influenced by the work area and nursing management care perception.The nursing managers should adopt targeted management and care measures based on the needs of nurses in different areas,create a good humanistic care atmosphere,to further enhance the level of nursing care behavior.
