基于激光点云数据的输电线路电力线提取方法研究

摘  要:电力巡线是架空输电线路日常维护和安全保障的重要工作,传统的人工巡线方式费时、费力,难以满足日益增长的电力巡线需求。随着激光扫描技术的快速发展,机载激光雷达通过向架空输电线路发射激光脉冲,可以快速获取大量电力线三维空间信息,在输电线路安全勘探、电力巡线中发挥着重要作用。基于此,本文提出一种基于激光点云数据的输电线路电力线提取方法,首先根据输电线路点云空间维度特征,将原始点云数据投影到水平面上获得3种类型点云,通过分析点云高程连续性实现对电力线的粗提取;然后采用归一化高程滤波去除地表噪声点,获取电力线种子点;最后根据电力线种子,使用kd-tree算法进行近邻检索获取更为完整的电力线。试验结果表明,该方法能够从激光点云数据中提取完整的电力线,具有一定的工程价值。Power patrol line is an important work for the daily maintenance and safety of overhead transmission lines,and the traditional manual line patrol method is time-consuming and laborious,which is difficult to meet the growing demand for power patrol lines.With the rapid development of laser scanning technology,airborne lidar can quickly obtain a large amount of three-dimensional spatial information of power lines by emitting laser pulses to overhead transmission lines,which plays an important role in transmission line safety exploration and power patrol lines.Based on this,a transmission line extraction method based on laser point cloud data was proposed.Firstly,according to the spatial dimension characteristics of transmission line point clouds,the original point cloud data was projected onto the horizontal plane to obtain three types of point clouds,and the rough extraction of power lines was realized by analyzing the point cloud elevation continuity.Then,normalized elevation filtering was used to remove surface noise points and obtain power line seed points.Finally,according to the power line seed,the kd-tree algorithm was used to perform neighbor search to obtain a more complete power line.Experimental results show that the proposed method can extract the complete power line from the laser point cloud data,which has certain engineering value.
