肿瘤诊治中伦理冲突的智慧医疗服务化解路径浅析

摘　　要：在肿瘤患者的治疗过程中,存在着各种各样的冲突,从患者确诊后医生是否如实告知病情与患者的知情权冲突开始,到肿瘤治疗过程最优方案选择与患者具体情况的冲突,医疗资源分配的冲突,生活质量与生存期的冲突,到最后放弃治疗、临终关怀,全程充斥着各种各样的伦理问题。近几年医疗行业逐渐融入人工智能、传感技术等高科技,使医疗服务走向真正的智能化,智慧医疗走进寻常百姓的生活。从患者知情权、个性化治疗、医疗资源分配等多方面分析伦理冲突的问题,再从智慧医疗服务的视角出发,分析这些伦理冲突的化解路径。The treatment process for tumor patients is fraught with various conflicts,ranging from the ethical dilemma of whether doctors should fully disclose the diagnosis to patients,balancing the patient's right to know with clinical discretion,to conflicts between optimal treatment plans and individual patient conditions,resource allocation issues,trade-offs between quality of life and survival time,and to challenges arise around decisions to cease treatment or provide end-of-life care.In recent years,the integration of advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence and sensor technology into healthcare has led to the development of intelligent healthcare services,making healthcare smarter and more accessible.This paper analyzes the problems of ethical conflicts from the aspects of patients' right to know,personalized treatment and medical resource allocation,and then analyzes the resolution path of these ethical conflicts through the lens of smart healthcare.
