摘　　要：情境是构建医患信任的形成背景和重要依托。杜威情境哲学视角下的医患信任问题可以从横向实务维度上划分为个人、互动和社会层面,从纵向理论维度上划分为疑难、问题和协调情境。通过对S医院医务社工和医护人员的深度访谈发现,医患在疑难情境中习得的不良个人经验阻碍了问题情境中互动经验的发展。医务社会工作者通过“观察+行动”的方式创设人文性医疗情境、分享共情知识和传递互敬互爱理念,从而推动协调情境的生成和医患信任的建构。Situation is the foundation for the trust-building among doctors and patients.In Dewey's situational philosophy theory,doctor-patient trust construction can be divided into individual,interactive and social aspects from the horizontal practical dimension,and into difficult,problematical and coordinating situation from the vertical theoretical dimension.Through in-depth interactions with medical social workers and medical staff at S Hospital,it can be concluded that the negative personal experience acquired by doctors and patients in difficult situations hinders the accumulation of interactive experience in problematical situations.Therefore,it can be said that medical social workers play an important role in promoting the generation of coordinating situations.With the aid of the mode of "observation + action",which helps to promote the accumulation of doctor-patient trust experience,medical social workers would make great effects in creating humanistic medical situations,sharing empathetic knowledge,as well as transmitting the concept of mutual respect and love.
