摘  要:基于FLAC3D软件,对某市双线地铁隧道盾构施工进行数值模拟以及开挖过程土层变位分析,验证地表横向沉降槽曲线是否符合peck曲线的形态特征。研究发现:地表横向沉降曲线呈中间大两边小的凹形形态,符合peck沉降曲线所表现出来的特征;沉降槽对称轴的位置随着左右盾构隧道异步开挖而由左向右转移调整,后行隧道沉降量发生重叠效应。为进一步探究影响隧道地表沉降的因素,对土体参数和异步开挖间距进行工况模拟。研究结果表明:土体的粘聚力、弹性模量和内摩擦角的增大都会造成地表沉降量不同程度的减小;双线隧道异步开挖间距d>2D(隧道直径)时对地表沉降量影响不明显,此外,针对小净距盾构隧道,注浆加固对控制隧道周边围岩变形能力优于混凝土管片加固。In this paper,based on FLAC3D software,the numerical simulation of shield construction and the analysis of soil deformation during excavation of a double track subway tunnel in a city are carried out to verify whether the surface transverse settlement trough curve conforms to the morphological characteristics of peck curve.The results show that the surface transverse settlement curve is concave with large in the middle and small on both sides,which is consistent with the characteristics of peck settlement curve;The position of the symmetry axis of the settlement trough is adjusted from left to right with the asynchronous excavation of the left and right shield tunnels,and the settlement of the subsequent tunnel is overlapped.In order to further explore the factors affecting the tunnel surface settlement,the soil parameters and asynchronous excavation spacing were simulated.The results show that the increase of soil cohesion,elastic modulus and internal friction angle will reduce the surface settlement in varying degrees;When the asynchronous excavation spacing of the double-track tunnel,d>2D(tunnel diameter),the impact on the surface settlement amount is not obvious.Additionally,for small-spacing shield tunnels,grouting reinforcement is superior to concrete segment reinforcement in controlling the deformation capacity of the surrounding rocks around the tunnel.
