摘 要:为解决建筑业中高昂的物流成本及供应链管理复杂性问题,构建了一个集成运输费用、装卸费用及时间窗惩罚成本的综合性数学模型,旨在优化装配式建筑供应链的分销成本。基于该模型,引入随机扰动机制和信息素挥发机制优化蚁群算法路径选择,并通过模拟不同天气条件对物流成本及时间效率的影响,提升算法对实际环境变化的适应性。实证研究结果表明,改进算法能够在显著降低物流成本的同时,保持供应链的整体效率与稳定性,为装配式建筑供应链管理提供了一种更为全面的优化方案。To address the high logistics costs and supply chain management complexity in the construction industry,this study proposes a comprehensive mathematical model integrating transportation costs,handling fees,and time-window penalty costs,aimed at optimizing the distribution costs of prefabricated building supply chains.The model incorporates a random disturbance mechanism and pheromone evaporation mechanism to enhance the ant colony algorithm's path selection process.By simulating the effects of different weather conditions on logistics costs and time efficiency,the algorithm's adaptability to real-world environmental changes is improved.Empirical results show that the improved algorithm significantly reduces logistics costs while maintaining overall supply chain efficiency and stability,providing a more comprehensive optimization solution for prefabricated building supply chain management.
