摘 要:组合导航系统故障诊断和隔离算法对于增强系统可靠性和安全准确的导航至关重要。综述了近年来国内外组合导航系统故障诊断和隔离算法领域的研究进展。介绍了包括基于残差统计、模型架构以及数据驱动的故障检测算法和不同数据融合结构下的故障隔离容错算法。分析了现有算法的性能和应用范围,并梳理了发展脉络以及面临的困难挑战。对算法的发展趋势进行了展望,为提高组合导航系统可靠性研究提供了思路。The fault detection and isolation of integrated navigation systems is crucial for enhancing system reliability and ensuring safe and accurate navigation.A comprehensive review of the recent advancements in fault detection and isolation algorithms for domestic and foreign integrated navigation systems is provided.Various fault detection methods,including residual-based statistical approaches,model-based techniques,and data-driven algorithms are discussed.Additionally,fault isolation algorithms that leverage different data fusion structures are discussed.The strengths and limitations of existing fault detection and isolation algorithms are analyzed and the challenges and difficulties faced in their development are highlighted.The development trend of the algorithm is prospected,and the ideas for improving the reliability of integrated navigation systems are provided.
