摘　　要：报告1例肛周丘疹性棘层松解性角化不良。患者女,33岁。肛周丘疹7年。皮肤科检查:肛周多发灰白色扁平丘疹,簇集性分布,部分融合成斑块,表面光滑。皮损组织病理检查:表皮角化过度、棘层肥厚,棘层松解形成裂隙,可见角化不良细胞。诊断:肛周丘疹性棘层松解性角化不良。A case of papular acantholytic dyskeratosis localized to perianal region is reported.A 33-year-old female presented with asymptomatic eruption in the perianal region for 7 years.Physical examination showed multiple grayish-white papules in the perianal region.Histopathological examination showed hyperkeratosis,acanthosis,acantholysis and dyskeratotic cells in the epidermis.The patient was diagnosed with papular acantholytic dyskeratosis of the perianal region.
