摘　　要：铁路货运检测设备功能日渐成熟,但各类设备功能分散,集成化、智能化程度不高。基于危险气体、粉尘、温湿度、气压等传感器单元,通过NB-IoT数据传输技术,构建检测、预警、应急三位一体的智能终端设备,实现对危险气体、粉尘浓度以及环境温湿度、气压的实时检测,解决货物检测、应急预案处置、现场工作人员响应3个环节的脱节问题,进一步提升货运检查工作的安全程度和智能化水平。The functions of railway freight inspection equipment have become increasingly mature.However,various types of equipment have scattered functions,low integration,and inadequate intelligence.This article,based on sensors for hazardous gases,dust,temperature,humidity,and air pressure,used NB-IoT data transmission technology to construct an intelligent terminal device integrating detection,early warning,and emergency response,achieving real-time detection of hazardous gases,dust concentrations,environmental temperature,humidity,and air pressure.It solved the problem of disconnection in cargo detection,emergency plan disposal,and on-site staff response,further enhancing the safety and intelligence level of freight inspection work.
