摘 要:【目的】随着电力系统规模持续扩大及复杂性日益增加,超高压变电站安全稳定运行的重要性愈发凸显。在变电站日常维护与检修工作中,保护压板投退操作是保障电力系统安全的关键环节。然而,传统的保护压板投退方式存在诸多弊端,如效率欠佳、人为错误风险较高等。为解决以上问题,实现电力系统安全稳定运行,设计出多传感器融合的保护压板投退智能监测系统。【方法】该系统通过巧妙组合压力传感器、位移传感器及微动开关传感器,充分发挥各传感器的优势,并构建基于多数据融合的模糊逻辑推理法的算法模型。【结果】该系统的应用,使保护压板投退监测的准确性与可靠性提高50%以上。【结论】该系统的设计为电力系统的安全稳定运行提供强有力保障。[Purposes]With the continuous expansion of the scale and increasing complexity of power sys⁃tems,the safe and stable operation of ultra-high voltage substations becomes increasingly important.In the daily maintenance and overhaul process of substations,the operation of putting in and taking out pro⁃tective pressure plates is a key node for ensuring the safety of power systems.However,traditional meth⁃ods of putting in and taking out protective pressure plates have many drawbacks,such as low efficiency and a high risk of human error.This paper deeply explores an intelligent monitoring system for putting in and taking out protective pressure plates based on multi-sensor fusion.[Methods]This system cleverly combines pressure sensors,displacement sensors,and microswitch sensors,fully demonstrating the unique advantages of each sensor,and constructs an algorithm model based on fuzzy logic inference method of multi-data fusion.[Findings]This innovative measure significantly improves the accuracy and reliability of monitoring the protective pressure plate on/off States by 50%.[Conclusions]The de⁃sign of the system provides a solid and powerful guarantee for the safe and stable operation of power systems.
