摘 要:【目的】通过现代通信技术对油气田远程监控和管理进行优化,设计并实现一个基于5G通信技术的油气田井口平台管理系统,探索其在提高操作效率和确保作业安全中的应用潜力。【方法】首先,采用系统工程理论和通信工程技术,基于5G的高速、大容量和低延时特点,设计井口平台管理系统。其次,结合模块化设计理念,集成先进的数据融合技术,并利用实时数据传输技术研究系统架构设计、数据集成处理、远程操作控制机制及安全应急响应策略。最后,通过模拟环境对系统进行全面测试,验证其各项功能的实际应用效果。【结果】测试结果表明,该系统的控制精度普遍较高(均超过99.75%)。该管理系统能有效实现数据的快速处理和精确控制,显著提高井口平台的操作效率和安全性。该系统的实施有效减少操作延时,提高数据处理能力,增强远程监控和紧急响应的能力。【结论】基于5G通信的油气田井口平台管理系统在实际应用中具有明显优势,不仅能提升管理效率,还能加强安全控制。[Purposes]This paper optimizes the remote monitoring and management of oil and gas fields through modern communication technology,designs and implements an oil and gas field wellhead platform management system based on 5G communication technology,and explores its application potential in improving operation efficiency and ensuring operation safety.[Methods]Firstly,this paper uses system engineering theory and communication engineering technology,combined with the high speed,large capacity and low latency characteristics of 5G,to design a management system for the wellhead platform.Secondly,combined with the modular design concept,the advanced data fusion technology is integrated,and the realtime data transmission technology is used to study the system architecture design,data inte⁃gration processing,remote operation control mechanism and security emergency response strategy.Fi⁃nally,the system was comprehensively tested through a simulation environment to verify the actual appli⁃cation effect of each function.[Findings]The test results show that the control accuracy of the system is generally high(more than 99.75%),and that the management system can effectively achieve rapid data processing and precise control,and significantly improve the operating efficiency and safety of the wellhead platform.The implementation of the system effectively reduces operational delays,improves data processing capabilities,and enhances remote monitoring and emergency response capabilities.[Conclusions]The oil and gas field wellhead platform management system based on 5G communication shows obvious advantages in practical applications,not only improving management efficiency,but also strengthening safety control.
