摘　　要：膀胱阴道瘘是严重影响妇女身心健康及生活质量的疾病,膀胱阴道瘘修补术是治疗该病的重要手段,经阴道入路行膀胱阴道瘘修补因其符合微创观念,创伤小,康复快,无瘢痕,并发症少,病人容易接受,失败后可再重复,住院时间短,医疗费用低等优点被广大妇科医生采用。该手术解剖要点:寻找膀胱阴道瘘原始瘘口;切除瘘口周围瘢痕;充分游离瘘孔周围组织,缝合时无张力,瘘口组织健康血运良好;离心修补法加向心修补法多层缝合瘘口。Vesicovaginal fistula is a disease that seri?ously affects women's physical and mental health and quality of life.Repair of vesicovaginal fistula is an important means of treatment for this disease.Because it conforms to the concept of minimally invasive sur?gery,has small trauma,quick recovery,no scar,few complications,is easy for patients to accept,can be repeated after failure,and has a short hospital stay,and low medical expenses,it is widely used by gynecolo?gists.The anatomical key points of this operation are:to find the original fistula of the vesicovaginal fistula;to remove the scar around the fistula;to fully free the tissue around the fistula,to suture without tension and to have healthy fistula tissue and good blood supply;to use the centrifugal repair method combined with the centripetal repair method to carry out multi-layer su?ture of the fistula.
