绿色低碳经济背景下陶瓷企业生态化建设与管理研究——以江西景德镇企业为例

摘　　要：为确保新时代经济高质量发展,传统制造业高污染、高耗能、高排放的经济发展模式,显然已不符合绿色低碳经济的发展要求.以江西景德镇陶瓷制造企业为例,探究了生态化建设与管理的三种模式,即陶瓷产业的纵向、横向、跨产区的生态化发展模式,并分析日用、建筑、卫生、工业、艺术等不同陶瓷企业的生态化控制点,最后从企业、政府、社会等角度探讨陶瓷企业生态化建设与管理的相关对策.Ecological civilization construction is an important part of China's five-in-one overall plan in the new era.Under the background of comprehensively deepening reform,green and low-carbon economy has become the inevitable direction of ecological civilization construction,especially the economic development model of traditional manufacturing industry with high pollution,high energy consumption and high emission,which is obviously not meeting the development requirements of green and low-carbon economy.To ensure high-quality economic development in the new era,ecological development has become the inevitable choice of traditional manufacturing industry.As for the traditional ceramic manufacturing industry,to practice ecological civilization construction,it is necessary to promote ecological construction and management,which can not only guarantee the sustainable development of the enterprise,but also promote its core competitiveness.At present,there are still many problems in the ecological construction of ceramic enterprises,such as weak awareness of environmental protection and cleaner production,low utilization of resources and capital problems.Combined with Jingdezhen ceramic enterprises,this paper explores three models of ecological construction and management,namely,the vertical,horizontal and cross-production ecological development models of ceramic industry,and analyzes the ecological control points of different ceramic enterprises such as daily use,construction,health,industry and art.Finally,from the perspectives of enterprise,government and society,this paper discusses the relevant countermeasures for the construction and management of ceramic enterprise ecology.
