摘　　要：在传媒行业加速迈向数字化与智能化的背景下,传媒人才的需求格局正在经历深刻变革,促使地方高校在传媒人才培养中积极向数智化转型,调整人才培养策略以契合行业新需求.然而,地方高校在传媒人才培养体系中面临着培养目标模糊、特色彰显不足、课程体系陈旧僵化、学生能力构成单一及评价体系滞后等一系列挑战.因此,亟需重构基于学科融合的拓展路径:拓展具有融合特色的传媒人才培养理念,构建具有融合特色的传媒人才课程体系,强化具有融合特色的传媒人才能力模块,完善具有融合特色的传媒人才评价体系,以推动新闻传播人才培养实践的发展,为地方经济、文化和社会的持续发展提供智力支持和人才保障.Against the backdrop of the media industry's accelerated shift toward digitalization and intelligence,the demand for media talent is profoundly ransforming.This trend urges local universities to proactively adopt a digital-intelligent transformation in media talent cultivation,adjusting their strategies to meet the new demands of the industry.However,local universities faced a series of challenges in their media talent development systems,including vague cultivation goals,insufficient emphasis on distinctive features,outdated and rigid curriculum structures,a homogeneous student skill set,and a lagging evaluation system.As a result,local universities urgently need to reconstruct development pathways based on disciplinary integration:broadening media talent cultivation concepts with integrated features,developing an integrated media talent curriculum system,enhancing integrated media talent capability modules,and establishing an integrated media talent evaluation system,aiming to leverage new productive forces to drive development practices in the field of journalism and communication,providing intellectual support and talent assurance for the sustainable development of local economies,cultures,and societies.
