摘　　要：提升医患沟通能力对提高中医男科研究生临床能力有极其重要的作用。文章从中医男科医患关系现状出发,分析导致如今中医男科医患关系紧张的原因,认为在导师指导下,提升中医男科研究生医患沟通能力是至关重要的。基于此,从研究生自身问题、教育教学问题、专业特性等多层次阐述,探讨提升中医男科研究生医患沟通能力的策略,强调加强专业能力、提供人文关怀、加强研究生教育等举措是提升沟通能力的关键,进而改善医患关系,提升医疗服务。The enhancement of doctor-patient communication ability plays an extremely important role in improving the clinical ability of andrology postgraduate students.Starting from the current situation of doctor-patient relationship in andrology department,the article analyses the reasons that lead to the tension in doctor-patient relationship in andrology department nowadays,and considers that improving the doctor-patient communication skills of male postgraduate students under the guidance of their supervisors is vital.Based on this,the article discusses the strategies and methods to improve the doctor-patient communication ability of andrology postgraduates from the perspective of the postgraduates‘own problems,education problems,and professional characteristics,and emphasises that strengthening professional ability,providing humanistic care,and enhancing hospital education are the keys to improving communication ability,thereby improving doctor-patient relationship and medical services.
