民国教会大学招生及教学管理制度研究

摘　　要：教会大学在中国存在了70多年,其办学理念、办学方式也独具特色。选取五所具有代表性的教会大学,运用文献分析法,从招生制度、选课制与学分制以及学生考核制度等方面进行梳理。研究结果发现,这五所教会大学具有严格的招生制度,考试科目涉猎广泛;选课制度自由丰富,主修课程与选修课程相互融合;课程考核有标准化评价指标,严控学生学业水平,并注重学生的社会实践能力。这些经验与特征能够为我国的高等教育改革起到一定的历史借鉴作用。Missionary universities have existed for more than 70 years in China,and their school-running ideas and ways are also unique.This paper selects 5 representative missionary universities and uses literature analysis to sort out the enrollment system,course selection system,credit sys-tem and student assessment system.The results show that the five churches have strict admission system and a wide range of examination subjects.The course selection system is free and rich,and the major courses and elective courses are integrated;curriculum assessment has standardized eval-uation indicators and strict control of students'academic level,and pay attention to students'social practice ability.These experiences and characteristics can play a certain historical reference role for our country's higher education reform.
