摘　　要：郭秉文是中国著名教育家,执掌南高师-东大期间,学校办学成绩斐然,培养出了大量人才,其教育理念对当代大学建设和发展具有重要参考价值。郭秉文教育理念中的“平”的思想、“三育并举”的育人理念以及他对学生长远发展的关注,为建设世界一流大学提供了思路。通过分析郭秉文的教育理念,结合当前的社会发展情况,可以得出高校要将人才培养与中华优秀传统文化相结合、以诚为本促进学生全面发展、服务国家战略需求的启示。Guo Bingwen is a famous educationist in China.During his tenure in charge of South Nor-mal University and East University,the school achieved remarkable achievements and cultivated a large number of talents.His educational ideas have important reference value for the construction and development of contemporary universities.The idea of"flat"in Guo Bingwen's educational phi-losophy,the idea of"three education simultaneously"and his concern for the long-term develop-ment of students provide ideas for the construction of world-class universities.Through the analysis of Guo Bingwen's educational ideas and the current social development situation,it can be drawn that colleges and universities should combine the cultivation of talents with the excellent traditional Chinese culture,promote the all-round development of students and serve the strategic needs of the country.
