摘　　要：先天性内眦赘皮一直是眼整形外科医师,尤其是东亚国家的眼整形外科医师关注的热点。多年来学者围绕着先天性内眦赘皮是什么、怎么形成的以及如何治疗这3个基本问题,进行了广泛和深入的研究,新发现、新观点、新见解和新技术不断出现。笔者旨在归纳和提炼这些方面的研究成果,并探讨未来的发展趋势,供读者参考。Congenital epicanthal folds have always been a hot topic for oculoplastic surgeons, especially in East Asian countries.Over the years, extensive and in-depth research has been conducted around the three fundamental questions of what it is, how it is formed,and how it is treated, with new discoveries, new perspectives, new insights, and new technologies constantly emerging. The purpose of this article is to summarize and refine the research results in this area, and to discuss the future development trend for readers' reference.
