摘 要:目的评估基于O-AMAS模型的教学方法在整形外科规培医师显微外科技能培训中的应用效果。方法选取自2022年7月至2023年6月,在遵义医科大学附属医院烧伤整形外科规培的50名社会规培医师为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组(25名/组)。研究组采用基于O-AMAS模型的教学方法进行显微外科技能培训,对照组则采用传统的显微外科培训方法。培训结束后,通过理论、实践技能考核、问卷调查等方式,对两组规培医师的理论知识成绩、技能考核成绩、问卷调查得分及兴趣分数进行评价。结果研究组和对照组规培医师理论知识成绩分别为(27.20±2.16)分、(21.92±2.61)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.79,P<0.0001);研究组和对照组规培医师技能考核成绩分别为(39.24±3.15)分、(33.60±3.29)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.19,P<0.0001)。研究组和对照组规培医师满意度得分分别为(45.72±2.57)分、(26.36±5.90)分,差异有统计学意义(t=15.04,P<0.0001)。研究组和对照组规培医师兴趣分数为(4.04±1.17)分、(2.44±1.08)分,差异有统计学意义(t=0.51,P<0.0001)。结论基于O-AMAS模型的教学方法在整形外科规培医师显微外科技能培训中具有较好的效果。该教学方法不仅能够提升规培生的理论知识和实践技能水平,还能够激发其学习兴趣和热情,提高学习效果和满意度。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of microsurgical skills training for standardized trainers in plastic surgery using the O-AMAS teaching model.Methods Fifty general standardized trainers specialized in burns and plastic surgery,undergoing training at the Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University from July 2022 to June 2023,were selected for this study.They were divided into two groups randomly:a study group and a control group,with 25 participants in each.The study group received training in microsurgical skills using a teaching model based on the O-AMAS teaching model,while the control group used the traditional microsurgical training method.After the training,the theoretical knowledge scores,skills assessment scores,questionnaire scores,and interest scores of the two groups of trained surgeons were evaluated through theoretical and practical skills assessments and questionnaire surveys.Results The study group's standardized trainers had a significantly higher theoretical knowledge score(27.20±2.16)compared to the control group(21.92±2.61)(t=7.79,P<0.0001).Similarly,the study group's standardized trainers had a significantly higher skill assessment score(39.24±3.15)than the control group(33.60±3.29).The study found a statistically significant difference between the two groups(t=6.19,P<0.0001).The satisfaction scores of the surgeons in the study group(45.72±2.57)were significantly higher than those in the control group(26.36±5.90)(t=15.04,P<0.0001).The study group of regulated surgeons had interest scores of(4.04±1.17),while the control group had interest scores of(2.44±1.08).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=0.51,P<0.0001).Conclusion The O-AMAS teaching model demonstrated a high level of effectiveness in training standardized trainers in plastic surgery microsurgical skills.The model significantly improved participants'theoretical knowledge,practical skills,and engagement,leading to better learning outcomes and higher satisfaction.
