古方治疗轻度认知障碍的用药规律

摘　　要：目的研究古方治疗轻度认知障碍的用药规律。方法收集《中华医典》中治疗轻度认知障碍的所有古方,应用中医药传承辅助平台进行药频分析、性味分析、归经分析、关联规则分析和新方分析。结果共包括94个治疗轻度认知障碍的古方,其中包括146种中药。药性主要是温性药物,其次是寒性和平性药物;药味以甘为主,其次是苦味和辛味;药物的归经主要是心经,其次为脾经、肺经、肾经;常用药物有人参、远志、石菖蒲、茯苓、茯神等;提取17个核心药物组合;得到5首治疗轻度认知障碍的新方。结论古方治疗轻度认知障碍以补虚为主,佐以安神、化痰类药物。Objective To study the medication rules of ancient prescriptions in the treatment of mild cognitive impairment.Methods All ancient prescriptions for the treatment of mild cognitive impairment in Chinese Medical Classics were collected,and the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform was used for frequency analysis,taste analysis,meridian tropism analysis,association rule analysis and new prescription analysis.Results A total of 94 ancient prescriptions for the treatment of mild cognitive impairment were included,including 146 traditional Chinese medicines.The medicinal properties were mainly warm drugs,followed by cold and peaceful drugs;the flavor of the medicine was mainly sweet,followed by bitter and pungent;the channel tropism of drugs was mainly the heart channel,followed by the spleen channel,the lung channel and the kidney channel;commonly used drugs were Rensheng,Yuanzhi,Shichangpu,Fuling,Fushen,etc.;extract 17 core drug combinations;five new prescriptions for the treatment of mild cognitive impairment were obtained.Conclusion In the treatment of mild cognitive impairment,the ancient prescription is mainly tonic,supplemented by sedative and expectorant drugs.
