基于SERVQUAL模型的早产儿出院家庭准备度量表与出院指导质量的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨基于SERVQUAL模型构建的早产儿出院家庭准备度与出院指导质量的现状及相关性。方法选取2022年8月-2023年12月入住南宁市第一人民医院新生儿科的早产儿及家庭照顾者作为调查对象,采用基于SERVQUAL模型构建的早产儿出院家庭准备度量表以及中文版出院指导质量量表对270例早产儿家庭照顾者进行调查,探讨早产儿出院家庭准备度与出院指导质量的现状和关系。结果早产儿出院家庭准备度总得分为(75.52±5.64)分,条目均分为(1.89±0.43)分,其得分在患儿胎龄、住院次数、时间、家庭照顾者教育水平、有无抑郁、经济情况方面比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。早产儿家庭出院指导质量总分为(126.32±20.08)分,条目均分为(7.49±1.31)分,早产儿出院家庭准备度与早产儿家庭出院指导质量呈正相关(r=0.365,P<0.05)。结论早产儿出院家庭准备度情况属中等偏上水平,仍需提高;家庭照顾者出院指导质量属中等水平。出院指导质量与早产儿出院家庭准备度之间呈正相关,需更加重视出院个性化指导及卫生资源支持。Objective To explore the current situation and correlation between the family readiness for hospital discharge scale of premature infants and the quality of discharge guidance based on SERVQUAL model.Methods A total of 270 premature infants and their family caregivers who were admitted to the Department of Neonatology,the First People's Hospital of Nanning from August 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the survey subjects.The the family readiness for hospital discharge scale of premature infants based on SERVQUAL model and the Chinese version of the discharge guidance quality scale were used to investigate 270 premature infants'family caregivers,and the status and relationship between the family readiness for hospital discharge scale of premature infants and discharge guidance quality were explored.Results The total score of the family readiness for hospital discharge scale of premature infants was(75.52±5.64)scores,and the average score of items was(1.89±0.43)scores.There were statistically significant differences in the scores of gestational age,number of hospitalizations,time,education level of family caregivers,depression and economic situation(P<0.05).The total score of family discharge guidance quality of premature infants was(126.32±20.08)scores,and the average score of items was(7.49±1.31)scores.The family readiness for hospital discharge scale of premature infants was positively correlated with the quality of family discharge guidance(r=0.365,P<0.05).Conclusion The family readiness for hospital discharge scale of premature infants is above the average level,which still needs to be improved.The quality of discharge guidance for family caregivers was at a medium level.There is a positive correlation between the quality of discharge guidance and the family readiness for hospital discharge scale of premature infants.More attention should be paid to personalized discharge guidance and health resource support.
