摘　　要：急性缺血性卒中(AIS)是全球范围内重大疾病负担之一,血管内治疗是患者重要的治疗手段。血栓异质性的影像学研究为AIS患者治疗方案的制定和治疗效果预测提供了重要的支持,相关研究的进展将进一步推动AIS治疗领域的发展,提高患者的治疗效果和患者生活质量。本文通过综述血栓异质性命名、组织病理学、影像学评估及新技术进展,以助于了解AIS的病理特征、优化治疗策略并改善预后,为患者提供更精准、个体化的医疗策略。Acute ischemic stroke(AIS)is one of the major disease burdens worldwide,while endovascular treatment is an important treatment for patients.The imaging study of thrombus heterogeneity provides important support for the formulation of treatment plan and prediction of treatment effect in AIS patients.The progress of related research will further promote the development of AIS treatment field and improve the treatment effect and quality of life of patients.This article reviews the heterogeneous nomenclature of thrombus,histopathology,imaging evaluation and new technology progress,in order to help understand the pathological characteristics of AIS,optimize treatment strategies and improve prognosis,and provide more accurate and individualized medical strategies for patients.
