摘　　要：目的:探讨幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性消化性溃疡患者应用四联方案联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗的效果。方法:选择2021年4月-2023年4月吉安市中心人民医院收治的60例Hp阳性消化性溃疡患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各30例。对照组实施四联方案治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗。比较两组临床效果、肠道菌群数、胃功能指标[胃动素(MTL)、胃泌素(GAS)、生长抑素(SS)]、Hp根除率和不良反应发生情况。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,试验组双歧杆菌、乳杆菌数量均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组肠杆菌、肠球菌、酵母菌数量比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗4周后,试验组MTL、GAS、SS水平均低于对照组,Hp根除率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:四联方案联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗Hp阳性消化性溃疡的效果确切,可有效提升Hp根除率,改善胃功能,增加双歧杆菌和乳杆菌数量,无明显不良反应,安全可靠。Objective:To investigate the effect of quadruple regimen combined with Combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,Enterococcus and Bacillus cereus Tablets,Live in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)positive peptic ulcer.Method:A total of 60 patients with Hp positive peptic ulcer admitted to Ji’an Central People's Hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with quadruple regimen,and the experimental group was treated with Combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,Enterococcus and Bacillus cereus Tablets,Live based on the control group.The clinical effect,intestinal flora number,gastric function indicators[motilin(MTL),gastrin(GAS),somatostatin(SS)],eradication rate of Hp and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the numbers of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus in experimental group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the number of Enterobacterium,Enterococcus and Yeast between the two groups(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,MTL,GAS,SS levels in experimental group were lower than those in control group,Hp eradication rate was higher than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The quadruple regimen combined with Combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,Enterococcus and Bacillus cereus Tablets,Live has definite efficacy in the treatment of Hp positive peptic ulcer,which can effectively improve the eradication rate of Hp,improve gastric function,and increase the number of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus,witho
