摘 要:手是人体最为精细、复杂的器官之一,脑卒中患者常面临的一个主要挑战是手功能的障碍,极大地影响了患者的日常生活质量和社会参与度。为了促进脑卒中后偏瘫手的恢复,近年来,伴随着科学技术的进步和对脑神经机制的深入研究,康复领域已经发展出多种有效的康复策略和技术。本文将从康复技术发展的角度,包含经典和现代康复治疗的应用,概述脑卒中患者手部功能康复的研究与进展,并对其进行讨论与展望,为后期的临床实践提供方向和帮助,促进患者重返家庭和社会。The hand is one of the most delicate and complex organs in the human body,and a major challenge that stroke patients often face is impaired hand function,which greatly affects their daily quality of life and social participation.In order to promote the recovery of hemiplegic hands after stroke,in recent years,with the advancement of science and technology and in-depth research on the neural mechanisms of the brain,various effective rehabilitation strategies and techniques have been developed in the field of rehabilitation.This article will provide an overview of the research and progress in hand function rehabilitation for stroke patients from the perspective of rehabilitation technology development,including the application of classic and modern rehabilitation treatments.It will also discuss and prospect for future clinical practice,providing direction and assistance to promote patients'return to their families and society.
