摘 要:目的 评价以纯水为溶剂,海绵状还原铁粉、蛭石、活性炭等为原料制备的远红外发热敷眼罩的生物安全性及功效,并观察辅助治疗青少年假性近视临床效果。方法 体外细胞毒性试验和皮肤刺激与致敏试验评价热敷眼罩的生物安全性;观察眼罩使用后发热粉体的物理状态和眼罩佩戴后人体眼部温度的变化;评价30例假性近视青少年患者则使用远红外热敷眼罩后的临床总有效率、裸眼视力、屈光度。结果 眼罩使用后发热粉体的物理状态良好,佩戴后持续提高眼部皮肤温度。生物安全性测试表明,远红外热敷眼罩浸提液的平均细胞存活率高达98%,无潜在细胞毒性,且无皮肤刺激性。治疗后患者的视力平均提高了0.2,屈光度平均降低了约75度。结论 远红外热敷眼罩生物安全性高,辅助治疗青少年假性近视方面具有临床效果。Objective To evaluate the biological safety and efficacy of far-infrared thermal compress eye masks prepared using pure water as a solvent and sponge like reduced iron powder,vermiculite,activated carbon as raw materials,and to observe the clinical effect of adjuvant therapy for adolescent pseudomyopia.Methods Evaluate the biological safety of hot compress eye masks through in vitro cytotoxicity tests and skin irritation and sensitization tests;Observe the physical state of the heating powder after using the eye mask and the changes in human eye temperature after wearing the eye mask;Evaluate the clinical total effective rate,uncorrected visual acuity,and refractive error of 30 adolescent patients with pseudomyopia after using far-infrared hot compress eye masks.Results The physical state of the heating powder after using the eye mask is good,and the skin temperature around the eyes continues to increase after wearing it.Biosafety tests have shown that the average cell survival rate of the extract from the far-infrared hot compress eye mask is as high as 98%,with no potential cytotoxicity and no skin irritation.After treatment,the patient's vision improved by an average of 0.2 degrees,and the refractive error decreased by an average of about 75 degrees.Conclusion Far infrared hot compress eye mask has high biological safety and clinical efficacy in assisting the treatment of pseudomyopia in adolescents.
