摘 要:目的探讨基于健商理念的健康宣教对肺癌患者认知水平及心理状态的影响。方法将80例肺癌患者根据干预方式的不同分为观察组(39例,常规干预+基于健商理念的健康宣教)和对照组(41例,常规干预)。比较两组患者的认知水平(知信行调查问卷)、心理状态[抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)]、并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果干预后,两组患者知识、信念、行为评分均较干预前升高,且观察组患者知识、信念、行为评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。干预后,两组患者SDS、SAS评分均较干预前降低,且观察组患者SDS、SAS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。观察组患者并发症总发生率低于对照组,护理总满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论基于健商理念的健康宣教可提高肺癌患者的认知水平,改善心理状态,降低并发症发生风险,提高护理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of health education based on the concept of health quotient on the cognitive level and mental state of lung cancer patients.Method A total of 80 patients with lung cancer were divided into observation group(39 cases,conventional intervention+health education based on the concept of health quotient)and control group(41 cases,conventional intervention)according to different intervention methods.The cognitive level(knowledge,attitude and practice questionnaire),mental state[self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)],complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result After intervention,the scores of knowledge,belief and behavior in both groups were higher than those before intervention,and the scores of knowledge,belief and behavior in observation group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of SDS and SAS in two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the scores of SDS and SAS in observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group,and the total nursing satisfaction was higher than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education based on the concept of health quotient can improve the cognitive level and mental state of patients with lung cancer,reduce the risk of complications and improve nursing satisfaction.
