摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA理念干预在行立体定向微创手术治疗的脑胶质瘤(CG)患者中的应用效果。方法将60例行立体定向微创手术治疗的CG患者按照干预方法的不同分为观察组29例和对照组31例,观察组行PDCA理念干预,对照组行常规干预。比较两组患者的心理状态[正性负性情绪自评量表(PANAS)]、并发症发生情况及满意度。结果干预后,两组患者正性情绪评分均较干预前升高,负性情绪评分均较干预前降低,且观察组患者正性情绪评分高于对照组,负性情绪评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。观察组患者并发症总发生率低于对照组,满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论PDCA理念干预可有效改善行立体定向微创手术治疗的CG患者的心理状态,降低并发症发生风险,提高满意度,具有良好的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the application effect of PDCA concept intervention in cerebral glioma(CG)patients undergoing stereotactic minimally invasive surgery.Method A total of 60 patients with CG who underwent stereotactic minimally invasive surgery were divided into observation group(29 cases)and control group(31 cases)according to different intervention methods.Observation group received PDCA concept intervention while control group received routine intervention.The mental state[positive and negative affect schedule(PANAS)],complications and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result After intervention,the positive emotion scores of both groups were higher than those before intervention,while the negative emotion scores were lower than those before intervention,and the positive emotion score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,while the negative emotion score was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in control group,and satisfaction was higher than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA concept intervention can effectively improve the mental state of CG patients undergoing stereotactic minimally invasive surgery,reduce the risk of complications,improve satisfaction,and has good clinical application value.
