摘　　要：目的探讨人文关怀联合心理干预在晚期肺癌化疗患者中的应用效果。方法根据干预方案的不同将120例晚期肺癌化疗患者分为对照组(59例)和观察组(61例),对照组患者采用常规干预,观察组患者在对照组的基础上采用人文关怀联合心理干预。比较两组患者的心理痛苦程度[心理痛苦温度计(DT)]、心理弹性水平[心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)]、自尊水平[状态自尊量表(SSES)]、遵医行为及满意度。结果干预后,两组患者DT评分均低于本组干预前,CD-RISC评分及SSES各维度评分均高于本组干预前,观察组患者DT评分低于对照组,CD-RISC评分及SSES各维度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。观察组患者遵医率、总满意度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论人文关怀联合心理干预可缓解晚期肺癌化疗患者的心理痛苦程度,改善遵医行为,提高自尊水平、心理弹性水平及满意度。Objective To investigate the application effect of humanistic care combined with psychological intervention in patients with advanced lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Method According to the different intervention programs,120 patients with advanced lung cancer who underwent chemotherapy were divided into control group(59 cases)and observation group(61 cases).The control group received routine intervention,and the observation group received humanistic care combined with psychological intervention on the basis of the control group.The degree of psychological distress[distress thermometer(DT)],the level of psychological resilience[Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)],the level of self-esteem[state self-esteem(SSES)],medical compliance behavior and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result After intervention,the scores of DT in two groups were lower than those before intervention,the scores of CD-RISC and the dimensional scores of SSES were higher than those before intervention,the score of DT in observation group was lower than that in control group,the score of CD-RISC and the dimensional scores of SSES were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The medical compliance rate and total satisfaction rate in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic care combined with psychological intervention can alleviate the degree of psychological distress of patients with advanced lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy,improve compliance behavior,self-esteem,psychological resilience and satisfaction.
