摘  要:目的探讨饮食干预联合健康宣教对白血病造血干细胞移植患者营养状况的影响。方法根据干预方式的不同将102例白血病造血干细胞移植患者分为观察组(50例)和对照组(52例),对照组患者采用常规干预,观察组患者采用饮食干预联合健康宣教。比较两组患者的营养状况、自我管理能力、并发症发生情况及满意度。结果干预后,两组患者白蛋白、血红蛋白水平及中文版癌症自我管理效能感量表评分均高于本组干预前,观察组患者白蛋白、血红蛋白水平及中文版癌症自我管理效能感量表评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。观察组患者并发症总发生率低于对照组,总满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论饮食干预联合健康宣教可有效改善白血病造血干细胞移植患者的营养状况,提高自我管理能力、满意度,减少并发症。Objective To investigate the effect of dietary intervention combined with health education on nutritional status of patients with leukemia undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.Method A total of 102 patients with leukemia who underwent hematopoietic stem cell transplantation were divided into observation group(50 cases)and control group(52 cases)according to different intervention methods.The control group received routine intervention,and the observation group received dietary intervention combined with health education.The nutritional status,self-management ability,incidence of complications and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result After intervention,the levels of albumin and hemoglobin and the scores of Chinese-version strategies used by people to promote health in two groups were higher than those before intervention,the levels of albumin and hemoglobin and the score of Chineseversion strategies used by people to promote health in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the total satisfaction rate was higher than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dietary intervention combined with health education can effectively improve the nutritional status of patients with leukemia undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation,improve the self-management ability and satisfaction,and reduce complications.
