摘　　要：目的探讨微小RNA(miRNA)-22-3p在浸润性乳腺癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法收集120例浸润性乳腺癌患者的浸润性乳腺癌组织和癌旁组织,采用荧光定量聚合酶链反应(PCR)检测miRNA-22-3p表达情况。比较浸润性乳腺癌组织和癌旁组织以及不同临床特征浸润性乳腺癌患者浸润性乳腺癌组织中miRNA-22-3p相对表达量。对所有患者随访1年,比较复发和未复发患者miRNA-22-3p相对表达量。以浸润性乳腺癌组织中miRNA-22-3p相对表达量的平均数为界,将患者分为miRNA-22-3p高表达组和miRNA-22-3p低表达组,比较两组患者的复发率。采用Cox回归模型分析浸润性乳腺癌患者复发的影响因素。结果浸润性乳腺癌组织中miRNA-22-3p相对表达量明显低于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。Ⅱ~Ⅲ期、有淋巴结转移、复发浸润性乳腺癌患者浸润性乳腺癌组织中miRNA-22-3p相对表达量分别低于Ⅰ期、无淋巴结转移、未复发患者,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。miRNA-22-3p高表达组患者的复发率明显低于miRNA-22-3p低表达组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。单因素和多因素Cox回归分析结果显示,淋巴结转移情况、分化程度、miRNA-22-3p相对表达量均是浸润性乳腺癌患者复发的影响因素(P﹤0.01)。结论miRNA-22-3p在浸润性乳腺癌组织中表达下调,其低表达提示临床分期晚,淋巴结转移的可能性大,复发率高。Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of microRNA(miRNA)-22-3p in invasive breast cancer tissues.Method The invasive breast cancer tissues and adjacent tissues of 120 patients with invasive breast cancer were collected,and the expression of miRNA-22-3p was detected by fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction(PCR).The relative expression of miRNA-22-3p in invasive breast cancer tissues and adjacent tissues as well as invasive breast cancer tissues of patients with different clinical characteristics were compared.All patients were followed up for 1 year,and the relative expression of miRNA-22-3p in patients with and without recurrence were compared.Based on the average relative expression of miRNA-22-3p in invasive breast cancer tissues,patients were divided into miRNA-22-3p high expression group and miRNA-22-3p low expression group,and the recurrence rate of the two groups was compared.The influencing factors for recurrence of invasive breast cancer patients were analyzed by Cox regression model.Result The relative expression of miRNA-22-3p in invasive breast cancer patients tissues was significantly lower than that in adjacent tissues,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The relative expression of miRNA-22-3p in invasive breast cancer tissues of invasive breast cancer patients with stage Ⅱ-Ⅲ,lymph node metastasis and recurrence were lower than those of patients with stage I,no lymph node metastasis and no recurrence,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in miRNA-22-3p high expression group was significantly lower than that in miRNA-22-3p low expression group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Univariate and multivariate Cox regression analysis showed that lymph node metastasis,differentiation degree and relative expression of miRNA-22-3p were influencing factors for recurrence of invasive breast cancer patients(P<0.01).Conclusion The expression of miRNA-22-3p is down-regulated in invasive brea
