摘  要:lncRNA MALAT1是一种在人类基因组中广泛表达的长链非编码RNA,参与基因表达调控、细胞周期调控、细胞迁移和侵袭等多种生物学过程,在中枢神经系统疾病、消化系统疾病及呼吸系统疾病中发挥重要作用。越来越多的研究表明,lncRNA MALAT1通过调控炎症反应、神经元凋亡和氧化应激相关的信号通路等途径参与中枢神经系统疾病生理与病理过程的调节。本文通过总结lncRNA MALAT1在相关中枢神经系统疾病如脑血管疾病、脑肿瘤及神经退行性疾病中的功能及调控机制,以期为中枢神经系统疾病的早期诊断及有效治疗奠定理论基础。lncRNA MALAT1 is a long-chain non-coding RNA widely expressed in the human genome.It is involved in a variety of biological processes,including gene expression regulation,cell cycle regulation,cell migration and invasion,and plays an important role in central nervous system diseases,digestive system diseases and respiratory system diseases.More and more studies have shown that lncRNA MALAT1 can participate in the regulation of physiological and pathological processes of central nervous system diseases by regulating inflammatory response,neuronal apoptosis and signaling pathways related to oxidative stress.This paper summarizes the functions and regulatory mechanisms of lncRNA MALAT1 in related central nervous system diseases,such as cerebrovascular diseases,brain tumors and neurodegenerative diseases,in order to lay a solid theoretical foundation for early diagnosis and effective treatment of central nervous system diseases.
