摘　　要：神经退行性疾病(NDDs)是一种神经系统疾病,其特点是中枢神经系统(CNS)或周围神经系统(PNS)神经元的进行性丧失。生物靶标转位蛋白18 kDa(TSPO)已被公认为是神经炎症的生物标志物,而神经炎症是当前神经退行性疾病研究的重要领域。在神经炎症状态下,TSPO的表达会上升或下降,从而反映小胶质细胞和星形胶质细胞等免疫细胞的功能状态。通过利用TSPO的放射性配体进行正电子发射断层扫描(PET),可对神经炎症进行无创性监测追踪,为研究神经系统变性疾病与神经炎症之间的关联提供新的线索,同时也为治疗NDDs提供了新的靶点。本文拟对TSPO在不同NDDs中的表达、作用机制等研究进展做综述,以更好地研究神经退行性疾病的病因与治疗的方案。Neurodegenerative disease(NDDs)is a neurological disease that affects the lives of millions of people worldwide and is characterized by the progressive loss of neurons in the central nervous system(CNS)or peripheral nervous system(PNS).The biotarget translocator protein 18 kDa(TSPO)has been recognized as a biomarker of neuroinflammation,which is an important area of current research in neurodegenerative diseases.In neuroinflammatory states,the expression of TSPO is up-regulated or down-regulated,thus reflecting the functional status of immune cells such as microglia and astrocytes.By using the radioactive ligands of TSPO to conduct positron emission tomography(PET),neuroinflammation can be noninvasive monitored and tracked,providing new clues for the study of the association between neurodegenerative diseases and neuroinflammation,and also providing a new target for the treatment of NDDs.In this paper,we will review the expression and mechanism of TSPO in different NDDs,so as to better study the etiology and treatment of neurodegenerative diseases.
